We are not responsible for typographical or computer errors relating to this internet site.
All orders are reviewed prior to shipment for proper pricing. Notification of credit card authorization or copies of orders sent to customers are not a valid acceptance of an order. Final processing of the credit card is our acknowledgement.
Although our site has thousands of products that businesses use every day, there may be something special that you need. If you don't find it on the site, contact us. We can special order many additional products.
Sales Tax: 6% Sales tax will only apply to orders shipped to purchasers in the State of Florida.
Delivery: Usually, all products are shipped from stock, from the closest of 39 shipping point warehouses, scattered throughout the United States, to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped by the least costly method. We will notify you with exact pricing if there are any additional delivery charges prior to filling your orders.
Warrantees: All products are free from manufacturing defects. If found defective they will be replaced at no charge. All other products, with brands of other manufacturers, are subject to individual manufacturer’s warrantees.
Note: All computers, technology equipment and furniture sales are final and are sold on a non-returnable basis and are covered by factory warrantees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. On line orders are processed over an encrypted secure site. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.
Shipping Charges: All orders are shipped prepaid to the 48 continuous states.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization and instructions. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt, except in the case of technology equipment and furniture, which is sold on a non-returnable final sale basis. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. A 15% charge will be assessed to cover repackaging. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post to return any merchandise.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
